Domestic violence is violence at home and it's a global issue. Domestic violence is the most common form of violence against women. Violence is committed by one person towards another. It causes physical, psychological, social and emotional problems. Physical violence includes assault of any kind such as pushing, hitting, slapping, shooting, stabbing, and murder. Emotional, mental, or psychological violence is described as using words to demean or decrease the confidence of the victim. Sexual abuse refers to any behavior that uses sex to control the victim. Threating the victim to have unsafe sex or sexual practices in which he or she does not want to participate. Children can also be a part of domestic violence.
